McGuinness Leaving NYC & Company

Tim McGuinness, executive director of NYC & Company, the city's marketing and tourism bureau, is leaving May 15 to join the Intl. Council of Shopping Centers as staff vice president of business development. McGuinness spent four years at the bureau and said of his departure, "This opportunity is not only very exciting, but also bittersweet."
